Who we are

Who can use it

Mercenta is for businesses only. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and act for a business (your own, one you work for, or one you advise), not as a consumer. It is not offered to consumers.

The free report

• The report checks one product page, in one market, at one point in time. AI shopping assistants change their answers often, so a later check may differ.
• It shows what AI services answered, and our reading of why. Our reading is an informed estimate. Treat it as a starting point, not a guarantee.
• We don’t promise that any change you make will get your product recommended or sold.
• The report is free. To keep it free we limit how many reports one person, browser or network can run, and we may change or stop the free report at any time.
• Names of AI services and other products in a report belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them, and we don’t control their answers.

What you agree to

• Only submit product pages you own, sell, or are allowed to analyse.
• Don’t try to overload the service, scrape it, or get around its limits.
• Don’t submit anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
• Give your own work email when you unlock a report, not someone else’s.

Your report and links to it

A report opens on the device you used, and through the link we email you. That link works for 30 days, and anyone who has it can open the report, so keep it private. You can ask us to switch a link off by emailing us.

Content and rights

• You keep any rights you have in your product page and store.
• You let us read the page you submit, and use what we find to produce your report and improve the service.
• The site, report layout, wording and software belong to us. You may use and share your own report within your business.

Liability

The free report is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or block access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
